Over the years at DigiKnow I have performed several different roles ranging from full on account management to web development and user interface design. I have spent most of my time working within the production department and currently am strictly focused on content development.

Content Developer: Responsible for converting creative designs into functional HTML, setting up the foundations of websites and populating them with content. HTML, CSS and JavaScript are the common tools used in this role. Web Standards, ADA and SEO compliance are strictly adhered to. Projects range from complete website construction, routine maintenance to email newsletter development. In several cases I am in direct contact with the client to facilitate regular site maintenance.

Account Executive: Responsible for project management on about 10 accounts in fields ranging from Medical Insurance, State Government to Pro Hockey. Working with creative, technical and production teams, I coordinated the efforts of each department, guiding projects through to completion on time and on budget. Projects vary from complete website design and implementation to maintenance and revisions on existing sites.
